We began in 2017 with our legacy product – super8 fibre mix which was initially formulated for the personal use of the CEO. The Mix soon became the favourite of family members and close friends as it delivered a malleable texture, delightful aroma, delicious taste and is packed full of vital nutrients and can be eaten without the worry of spiking blood glucose. It can also be used the same way as regular flour.

since then, we have expanded our product lines, with the aim to deliver low starch products providing an alternative with added benefits of high protein, vitamins, minerals and dietary fibre, without compromising taste and texture.

We are dedicated to serving our customers by bringing you the very best products using the best ingredient because we are what we are because of you.

About The Owner

Mercy Bello has a passion for food and health. She studied Nutrition and Dietetics in Kings College London. She has many years of experience in food business prior to becoming a registered dietitian.  

Her earlier activities in food related business involves, catering for occasions, big companies and making of celebration cakes and pastries.

She began formulating 'free from' products to help herself and her daughter who suffered with food restrictions and intolerances.

Mercy Bello also has a passion for public speaking on food, nutrition and health.
