Shipping policy

We currently only ship to the UK. However, we are working on providing shipping to more countries in the near future.

 

Please note, all our orders are weighed and tracked.

Shipping times

Please allow 2-3 days for your orders to be dispatched. 

Express delivery - Item should be with you in 1-2 working days after it has been dispatched.

Standard delivery - Item should be with you in 2-3 working days after it has been dispatched.

For orders over £50, we offer free shipping

How can I track my order?

When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking link and the shipping company. Simply click the link then type in your tracking number to know where your product is.

Still waiting for your order?

Should you have already received your order by now? If so, please allow a few extra days for your order to be delivered. Our delivery partners are always doing their best to get your order to you, so make sure you keep an eye on your tracking link for the latest updates! 

If your order is running more than 2 days late after it has been dispatched, please fill out the support ticket on the contact us page.

 

Subscriptions

If you would like to Cancel your subscription you should be able to do this when you log in to your account. If you need help with this, reach out to us via support and we will sort it out for you!
